The leather started ripping off within 2 months of purchase!! Can't expect this quality from Caprese as they claim to be top notch. Customer service is playing with me since January to register then activate complain ticket & visit store then alloted wrong store address then again diverting me to another store where the store keeper said I've not received ticket & you need to wait 15 days. This is how you make your customer suffer! Pathetic. All my friends says what kind of bag caprese is making these days & laungs. This is the image being circulated. This clearly shows its made in China only. Either you refund or replace my bag. I want an appropriate action on priority.
