All our products can be returned as per the return policy on our website

If the product received has any manufacturing defects, damage or does not match the exact product ordered, you can request for return within 72 hours of delivery. You can initiate return from track order link. You can also write to hellogirl@capresebags.com with order details, contact details and product/handtag images

Returned products that have their tags/labels intact; are unused and have manufacturing defect will be refunded within 15 days of receipt of the return product. Pls refer the cancellation & refund policy link on website for further clarity.
